As we approach the 5th anniversary of owning our home in the Hawthorne Community, I wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the 5 years of wonderful service Plasters has provided. You have been such a helpful/reliable resource to us since we build the home back in 2007 (including letting us know that the builder missed installing the auto fill on our pool, and then helped us discover when it wasn’t working properly 7 months later, saving us a lot of money in excess water usage). With the experienced eyes of you and you technicians, you were able to make us aware when there were problems (whether it was the auto fill, the pool heater, or the filter) and help us get them repaired as soon as possible.
With us not living there year round, and renting the home seasonally ( with guests staying throughout the year), that has been extremely important; knowing that I can call you, and have an issue addressed immediately, so as no to inconvenience our guests any longer than necessary.
In addition to being able to rely on you for repairs, I appreciate that the pool is always spotless, and ready for us (when we come down), and our guests who come to vacation. I also appreciate that your low service rates have not increased once over the past 5 years, as every dollar counts in this difficult economy. And, of course, I appreciate that you have always been available anytime I have has questions. You have always afforded me whatever time I needed to satisfy a concern, and addressed me with the utmost courtesy. You both are so kind, and professional.
Thank you for the high quality service you and your technicians provide, and for the peace of mind I have knowing you are monitoring my pool, and are there to help me handle any issues that should arise.
